So what can you expect from coaching in the workplace:

Your Coach will first take the time to get to know you and understand where you would like to make changes.

You will then agree on the goals you would like to work towards and set a timescale.

Together you will create a step by step plan of how this can be achieved.

Follow up sessions will assess the progress, explore barriers and plan how to overcome them, agree the next steps to be taken.

I  work across a diverse range of organisations from law firms to charities and public sector organizations. I work on a one to one basis with individuals and also offer group coaching sessions.

I offer workshops and presentations in a range of topics including stress management, work/life balance, Effective communication and also offer bespoke workshops tailor made to the organisation.
